There are three modes for contacting GovTribe for support: Email, Web Chat, and Phone/Web Meetings. In this article we're discussing Email support.

All site visitors, users, and subscribers can contact GovTribe via email at at any time. This is also the best way to reach us with a demo request.

Response times to emailed support requests vary based on your subscription plan. Solo plan users can expect a response within one business day. Standard and Premium plan users will usually receive a response within about one hour.
