How to Contact Support

There are three modes for contacting GovTribe for support: Email, Web Chat, and Phone/Web Meetings. In this article we're discussing Email support.

All site visitors, users, and subscribers can contact GovTribe via email at help@govtribe.com at any time. This is also the best way to reach us with a demo request.

Response times to emailed support requests vary based on your subscription plan. Solo plan users can expect a response within one business day. Standard and Premium plan users will usually receive a response within about one hour.
