Premium plan subscribers have access to our Premium Concierge Service. This includes a number of support, training, and on-boarding features and attributes.
Email and Web Chat
Under the Premium plan, users have access to both email and live web chat support. Support requests from Premium users by email or chat will receive a response within about 30 minutes during east coast business hours, and usually much faster. Premium user support requests are given priority and are answered first.
Unlimited Live Training and Support
The Premium plan includes unlimited live training or support (within reason), delivered via Zoom web meeting. Zoom video meetings are recorded and those videos become yours to keep and share with your team.
Live training sessions are often used for initial on-boarding, training of team members on how to use the site, and assistance with pipeline and saved search set-up and maintenance. They can also be used at any time for specific deep dives on any question about how to use GovTribe, how to find specific information or analyze data, or on pipeline management best practices training.
If you have an existing business development pipeline in another system, we will migrate that information into your GovTribe pipeline.
We will help your account administrator with account invites, individual user login set-up, and ongoing account management.
We will assist you in devising a training strategy and training objectives for your team, and will execute training sessions with multiple small teams within your organization to speed adoption and understanding.
Monthly Account Check-Ins
If desired, GovTribe will perform a monthly review of your Saved Searches and Pipelines to help ensure you are covering your market and using GovTribe's tools effectively.
