Standard plan subscribers have access to our Standard On-boarding and Support Service. This includes support, training, and on-boarding services.
Email and Web Chat
Under the Standard plan, users have access to both email and live web chat support. Support requests from Standard users by email or chat will receive a response within about 60 minutes during east coast business hours, and usually much faster. Premium plan user support requests are given priority and are answered first, followed by Standard plan users.
Live On-boarding Training / Live Support
The Standard plan includes live web training delivered via Zoom web meeting. Zoom video meetings are recorded and those videos become yours to keep and share with your team.
Live training sessions are intended for initial on-boarding, training of team members on how to use the site, and assistance with pipeline and saved search configuration.
Web meetings can also be scheduled for support purposes, if the question or issue cannot be easily resolved over chat. This can include assistance in researching specific information or analyzing data, or on more in-depth general market research training.
